Customized Childbirth Education

Prepare for birth with confidence and connection. Our childbirth education classes are designed for all expectant parents, including partners, and offer practical, inclusive support for every step of your journey. With a focus on body awareness, comfort techniques, and Spinning Babies® tools, you'll learn how to work with your body and baby to support a smoother, more empowered birth experience—together. Placenta Encapsulation
$349 (mileage contingent)
Support your postpartum recovery naturally. Placenta encapsulation offers a nourishing way to ease the transition into parenthood. Using safe, respectful handling and preparation methods, I provide capsules made from your own placenta, believed by many to support energy levels, mood balance, and overall well-being after birth.
Tincture and placenta prints also available as an add-on service.

Doula Support
$1600 (limited annual availability)
Compassionate, continuous support for your birth journey. As your doula, I provide personalized care before, during, and after birth—offering emotional encouragement, physical comfort, evidence-based information, and a calm, steady presence. Whether you're planning a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, I'm here to support you and your partner every step of the way.
Interested in group childbirth classes?
Group childbirth classes help expectant parents feel prepared, confident, and supported. In a welcoming setting, you’ll learn about labor, birth, and newborn care, ask questions, and connect with others. Partners gain tools to support during birth, and you leave with both knowledge and a sense of community.

I'm a passionate birth worker and Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator serving families in Baltimore, Maryland. Over the years, I've had the honor of supporting hundreds of families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I’m deeply committed to providing holistic, informed, and empowering care—especially for Black birthing individuals, who continue to face disproportionate maternal health risks.
As a certified Spinning Babies® Parent Educator, I offer practical tools and techniques that help optimize fetal positioning, increase comfort in pregnancy, and support more efficient, easier births. I integrate movement, body awareness, and evidence-based strategies into my teaching and care—so that every birthing person I work with feels confident, capable, and supported in their body and their birth experience. I would love the honor of supporting you in your journey whether it be through placenta encapsulation, childbirth education or doula support!
Postpartum Painting
A gentle, creative sanctuary for the newly transformed. This guided watercolor experience invites postpartum parents to slow down, reconnect with their hearts, and express the quiet truths of early parenthood. Like a butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, each brushstroke becomes a path back to self… tender, beautiful, and deeply human.
$175 for a 2 hour painting session in your home. (Discount available when paired with other services.)
